NAVI MUMBAI: The civic administration's concept of providing education and training to differently-abled childrenand adults has now been adopted by the Odishagovernment.

Officials from Odisha had recently paid a two-day visit to NMMC to study the project and its implementation.

"Both national and international delegates have been visiting the centre to understand the programme and Odisha officials were some of them," an official said. They were told about the free education curriculum and the therapeutic and rehabilitative needs of individuals with difficulty in hearing, intellectual, learning and multiple disabilities.
